After I wake up and wash myself, I usually eat three sandwiches with some butter, chees, tomato, with a little bit mayonaise and drink two cups of tea, with two spoons of sugar, in order to, let's say, awake. During the lunch-break in my work, which is about 1 p.m., I eat another two double sandwiches with similiar "configuration" as for breakfast, and again drink two cups of tea (obviously with sugar - two spoons). When I return home from work at about half past five in the afternoon, I eat quite big dinner, but this time without tea; usually it is a juice or water. Weekend could be an exception about drinks. Wine or beer is the most often drink after dinner, unless I have to drive a car in order to e.g. do some shoppings or visit a friend. I do not eat supper very often, because I do not want to eat in late evening, when I go to sleep in several hours after dinner. Talking about my diet, if it is balanced or not - I do not have my own opinion. The good thing is that my weight is quite balanced, so I think it is a good diet, if one can call this "diet" (because usually diet is when e.g. someone cannot eat some things, like food containing sugar, or too much fat). But very important thing is that I never eat outside; every meal I eat, is prepared at home. Soups, potaoes, meat, salads - all these meals are cooked by my mom at home, and I appreciate this.
